High Desert Garden Tour

Deschutes Recycling is proud to sponsor the 22^nd Annual High Desert Garden Tour is Saturday, July 18^th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. This annual event is presented by OSU Extension Service and Central Oregon Chapter of OSU Master Gardeners is an educational and fun opportunity for gardeners to see a variety of garden styles and plant choices they can have in their own yards. It is a self-guided tour with hundreds of participants where we staff OSU Master Gardeners at all locations to answer gardening questions throughout the day. This year we are featuring seven gardens in Bend.

The cost of the tour is $10. Children 16 and under are free.

Deschutes Recycling will be Closed on Independence Day

Deschutes Recycling and Knott Landfill will be closed on Saturday, July 4th, 2015 for Independence Day. Deschutes Recycling and Knott Landfill will reopen on Monday, July 6th, 2015 at 7:00 am.
